As he walked down numerous streets, trying to clear his mind, Nobody found that more and more thoughts began cropping up in the back of said mind.

Who was Kira? What in god's name could he be thinking. There's no way the guy's sane. What's his big plan anyways? Seems to me he thinks he's a god, because of this note. And he's punishing evil beings. He sighed, shaking his head. That doesn't make sense. A utopia born in the flames of murder is a dictatorship, no matter how one may view it...

Feeling in his back pocket for the page of his Death Note, he found it, and sighed. He thought for a second he had forgotten it, but he hadn't. Thank goodness...

Slittz growled to himself. "Like you're gonna use it..." He said, on edge. "Just kill someone, already. You know you want to, and there's so many people here. Just introduce yourself, and you can find out their name quick."

This boy annoyed Slittz. His refusal to kill, or even to think about using the Death Note in most circumstances annoyed the hell out of him. But the fact that he refused to relinquish it to someone who would use it was far worse. The greedy bastard...

Jarred stepped out of the crowded Hallways of the shops and entered the street,He was given a wide berth by most people on top of his dark appearance he seemed to emit a strange feeling like electricity in the air and made most people uncomfortable.
He was followed by Sidoh,His second shinigami in one lifetime.

As he crossed roads he frowned at the traffic and the trash that consisted of the occupants of these cars.
He could feel something a little strange today,He had already declared himself an enemy of the world yesterday and today would be the first demonstration of his powers.

The night before Jarred watched the local news channel and watched the route the traffic copter flew,later that night he wrote explicit instructions for the mans death.He was not a criminal in fact the man was known for being a great and cheerfully weather reporter throughout the whole city.This would now show people that it was himself and not just Kira Killing.
As on perfect timing Rotors could be heard as a Helicopter fly over the streets Jarred Counted to himself.

"4,3,2,1"

The helicopter bucked right and spun to wards the ground,in a mighty explosion it consumed the street behind Jarred in flame.
Jarred walked on his eye's closed his head down.

At the sound of a large explosion, Nobody whirled around quickly. An entire street was consumed by flame behind him. He looked around, at the people. Mass panic was spreading, and there was no order, no authority from law enforcement. One man stood out...

He was walking away from the site, eyes closed and head down, looking completely unsurprised and satisfied. Something about this man was different, as well. Nobody walked over to him.

"Woah, bud, what happened? You got any idea?" He had a hunch about what this man's deal was, but he couldn't go out on that limb yet. "You walking away like that...people might think..." He shot a piercing look at him, and smirked a tad, "You're like Kira."

Jarred opened his eye's and looked at the newcomer,Sidoh nodded to Jarred out of the corner of his eye.
This was all he needed to know,that this man held his own notebook,Long ago Jarred had manipulated Sidoh into doing everything he wished.This was one such example,Jarred had told Sidoh to make a sign if there was someone in the vicinity had no life span.

"One could believe such,but he would be nothing but a fool,Kira is nothing but Trash.A Child merely imitating God.
I despise him and his followers."

Jarred stared directly into him,immediately he despised the boy.His normality and friendliness irritated him.

"And what of you,Written any names lately."

[Nobody]

Nobody sighed. "So you are like me, then..." He said. "Pity you're out here killing innocents while Kira's out there killing criminals. I agree that Kira is nothing but a piece of trash, but his followers are merely misguided. They require a hero, a savior." He smiled. "So, I saw you look out of the corner of your eye while I began speaking. On top of that, you made no noise to indicate a stretch, which rules that out. Also, you attempted to hide your movement, meaning you weren't just looking at something else. Normally, a Shinigami wouldn't help a human like that, but I'm pretty certain your Shinigami confirmed that I was a Note holder." He laughed. "Death Gods have fallen low, to be slaves to humans..." He commented, mocking the Shinigami which he could not see.

He sighed again, and brushed some hair out of his face. "No, I have not written any names lately. I don't kill needlessly, like Kira and yourself, but merely to solve problems that are otherwise unsolvable. If you aren't careful, you might alert the government to your activities." He rubbed his eye. "If they manage to figure all this out, and come after those of us with Death Notes, I don't want to lose mine because you fools think you're powerful."

Slittz gazed at the newcomer. He liked this human, not afraid to kill, or do what needed to be done. His moral code was unlike Nobody's, and he was happy about this. If only he could join him in his quest for bloodletting. But no...perhaps having some competition will spur Nobody to act. Perhaps this will break down those virtues which he so cherished. Perhaps...

He gazed at Nobody's eyes, full of conviction and what he supposed was righteousness.

Perhaps not...

Jarred stared at him brfore thrusting a hand out,

"If you're going to insult Sidoh,at least say it to his Face"

Jarred dropped a piece of his note,

"I doubt the police could link much to me,My killings are random,they are not linkable.Even in the rare case I do become discovered Sidoh will merely hold onto the notebook himself preventing any Humans from gaining it,Thus deprieving them of their only evidence."

"But then again I doubt you worry about much,using your notebook only for good and noble causes.
Have you ever used that Notebook of yours to kill someone out of Hatred?Or are you simply to noble for such an act.For you are the only person I know who has not used a deathnote to their own advantage."

Nobody sighed, and touched the piece of note, giving it back to him. He gazed at the Shinigami, and nodded. "No, I have never used it for me advantage. I find that to be appalling. Anyone could have found these Notes, but the fact is, we're the ones that did. Don't you feel we owe just a bit to fate, and perhaps, we should both contribute and follow the law of the land? Not that I feel we should be working with the government, for new and different things, especially something so radical as these Notes, are hard to come by. Perhaps they already know of them, but I do not want to chance being the first guinea pig in their arsenal."

He took out the piece of note he had on him, and thrust it to the ground. "You've shown me yours, the least I can do is show you mine..."

Jarred bent down and slowly raised himself holding the scrap of a Note,the effect was immediate,he could now feel the shinigami before seeing him,slowly he rised himself and looked at Nobody,then behind him he saw the Shinigami.Staring coldly at it he took in its features.

"Perhaps we should be Helping the world,not following Kira but only making slight changes.But then again you'll get someone like me,someone even you will be compelled to Kill,someone who won't reason and is only here for Death and Destruction.
Not everyone thinks the same,I couldn't care for the wellfare of this world.It is nothing of importance to me."

[Nobody]

Nobody shook his head, and sighed. "And when this world has succumbed to your aforementioned Death and Destruction, what then will happen to you? When there is not habitat available for a creature, they cannot adapt, because their basic needs have been deprived."

He looked the man in the eyes. "The fact is, I don't care who you are, don't question my resolve. If you think me weak because I do not kill, you're sadly mistaken. If you think I will not kill you the instant it fits my needs, and the needs of all, you're an imbecile. And if you think you can outsmart me somehow...well, I don't think there's a word for that level of idiocy."

He continued to stare down the man. He didn't like this man, not at all. He did not enjoy making enemies, but sometimes this could not be helped...

Jarred just stared straight through him,he had already grown bored of this mans babbling and he now nothing more than Annoyance.
He turned on his heel,

"If wish to stop me then just try it,You choose to keep ignoring the Deaths of Innocent people or you pursue me and Plunge yourself against us all."

[Nobody]

Nobody smiled, and stood his ground. "And when your path is finished, you'll find its end to be rather predictable. With your death being one of beautiful poetry, as all of my compositions are. And as you lay there, asking yourself what went wrong, you will not see me standing over you." He smirked. "That's because...you aren't worth my time, even as a corpse."

And with that, he split, and walked in the other direction down the street...
