Emi walked into the police HQ. She wanted to see Chem and she would go any length to talk to this man.
If I figue out how he kills, maybe I can find the other kiras and set life back. L is the most eligable person though and he's still on the case. Maybe not from his killing method but from another lead. she thought as she strutted to the desk.
"I want to know where the man known as Chem is." she said formaly, "I also want to see him." A glint of light flashed in her eyes as she waited for the response. The man at the desk began to shake his head. Emi leaned in towards him.
"This isn't a request, it's a demand and if you have to get permission from L himself, DO IT!"

The officer fumbled over the phone dialing buttons,Trying to avoid the burnt out holes in the desk, the bombs had been deeper in the station and barely reached this far out,When Chem murdered the Deputy, Director Chief Yagami and Watari took over the police affairs,When the call reached the Chief he pondered before deciding to allow the call to pass through. L answered,

"This is Hikaro, Emi. I want to talk to Chem. I was the one tied to the fake bomb so I know how dangerous he can be and how insane I sound." she said without pause. She first had to get past the security then she could figure out this kira's insane plan... hopefully. She reminded herself not to count on it.

L was right,Perhaps Emi Hirako could spare some light or information on Chem's behavior,He wasn't sure why but he believed Chems capture would also bring the arrest of a Kira or Two.

Emi was taken aback. This person wanted her to come? Was it possable for this person to be L?
No. L wouldn't have even picked up the phone. she thought, But I guess I could come.
"Yes I understand. I am fully aware of the police's current status. I'm not sure of what assistance I can give you, though, since we were only talking for a grand total of five minutes before he blew up the street and I myself don't know what he's trying to acomplish, but if you still believe I'm useful for something I guess I could come." she said emotionlessly and with pauses now and again.

"Alright. Thank you for your time but I don't know how much I can give you." she said then handed the phone back to the officer. This was more than she had expected.
