Jarred strolled around the park out of pure boredom he had finished the game in his room at Uni and had not slept in about two days.
He eventually stopped under a Light pole as the Hot sun recceded behind some clouds and buildings.
At last giving Jarred some shade,He placed his hands in his pockets for a minute.

Mina was not the most happiest camper in the world. Her brown eyes glared down at the paper which she was drawing on... She could not get it right.. Being three people was hard but not being able to write or even draw because of the writers block is even worse. Art and writing stories came natural to her just like writer's block and Artist's block. She was not like others... Nor could other tell who she was. No one could came she was Mina with out putting a mask on her and some fasionable clothing that rich people wore, to Number one the famous writer who is still best seller... Number one didn't even have a summary of her life, or even a picture... She was smart then most people... Most people know Mina as Kina but her last name no one knew it. It was common for Mina to be such a caution person but yet a genius... there was a problem out there called Kira... Mina sat under the wonderful and blossoming cherry tree with everything speard out... art supplies and everything...

Jarred noticed the girl,with her art spread around her,Jarred did a lot of drawing but not with pencils or brushes.All of his drawings were done on the computer.
He approached her,She had a slight frown so he wonderd if everything was alright,or iif she was really annoyed with something.
When he finally came close enough he could guess as to what was bothering her.
"Can't think?"

It bugs the hell out of me as they are going above and beyond then each other. " Mina spoke the truth from that tongue. This didn't help her art in anyway... Doing her art in public was a dangerous move all they could know she could be the artist and the copy cat art. Hah, it was all good...

"That is debatable... AS if I framed for a crime like killing someone, and I had no legal proof that I didn't do it... Kira would surely kill me, because the Internet is a wonderful thing. Everything he does is sense of justice. If you look through a pair of eyes of the victim's family member it is totally clear that Kira is doing the right thing... Now... but with problem he killed on National TV. Dumbass, Kira should have not responded to that message. It made it clear that he was in the location... He should have let him be and continue, if he did that. L and his little puppets wouldn't have been so far. L has is justice as well but... Oh you are saying like some of the best comic heros are evil because they are doing the right thing. It is wrong but right. He is trying too hard, if he wanted to get anywhere. He should watch the pattern of kills for only a couple and how they die, and where their located at. Then at that point..." Mina drew a quick doodle of Japan and where the prisons are in Japan. "He started off little... Kira I mean.... L should have dotting everywhere the kills have been made, but for long distance kills you make them with a green string. Yellow string would be street crime.. Then somewhere in that lines lays our Kira. If there is not enough street crimes that is when you make more street crimes... If you don't get it... It is alright. " Mina looked up to Jarred with those brown narrow eyes

"But even then this could have been possible only a few months ago,Recently the killings have changed become far more varied.It hasen't been posted on the news but I am almost certain there are more Kira's than just this one,perhaps around Four from what I could differate."

Now Think about it. Each Kira had to start sometime... L would have to put a nuts load of cash or someone rather famous would have to put a nuts load of money into this..."
Mina smiled at Jarred, he was not thinking like she was... He was on few lower levels then her. "We have to add hidden cameras on each cart of a train, on every cart, on every train, on every street, alley way, Main street, shops everything but peoples' personal homes... Each angle which one sould see everything..."

"It could work but there are just to many flaws in that plan,Besides the obvious one of Cost,You would need to have a Large force of people to man the cameras,lest something be missed.
And there's the fact that Kira doesn't need to go into public to kill victims,This will probably only discover more criminals for Kira to kill."
Jarred sighed,the sheer scale of a project like that would be to immense and would cause an uproar in the public most likely.

Someone say I will pay you some rich amount, and they will be swaming to you... People such as that skill could get it done easily in two days. It is call shutting down all Internet connection to anything. Even to police files, and any police files that were copied.. To make new sites remove details about crimes. It is very easy. Think If they don't know their names they can't kill them.. It they don't have an resources go to... They would have to go on the streets to find out the names the hard way.. that way one place would recond everything." Mina just smiled at Jarred. He was right in flaws but Money was a wonderful thing~ XD and she had enough to power an army of rich folk to donate to her cause. That happens when you are popular within a country. The problem was Mina was never going to get involved with this mess.. Kira and L wanted to go at it.. Let them kill them each other.

damn this guy really suck most of her thought out of her.. Her black hair whipped around her making a frame around her. Her eyes half away closed and she started to think... There was more thought in her head but she didn't really now how to say them. "L is a very brave man... but so is Kira...and others out there." That was a sign she knew what she was talking about. Mina was not a genius for nothing.
